So that Lionel Messi character, he just might have a future in this foot, kicking game, right? That brilliant Argentine was at it again on Tuesday as Barcelona took on AC Milan to open up UEFA Champions League play. Sure, Pedro Rodriguez is the name you'll see on the scoresheet, but he didn't do any of the work. He just waiting two yards from goal to tap the ball in. He didn't pull a Messi, elude two defenders, slip by another and chip the ball in for himself to run onto ahead of another defender then perfectly cross for a goal. Yeah, that Messi guy is good.

So next time you can do something like that - you know, dance and find your way through a defense like AC Milan - then you can be the best in the world at football. Until then, Messi will be the best in the world and he'll probably hold that title for a long time.
