Barcelona Vs. AC Milan, 2011 UEFA Champions League: Aquilani On For Van Bommel As Milan Look For Another Goal

First AC Milan made a defensive substitution, pulling forward Antonio Cassano and replacing him with defender Urby Emanuelson. But after about ten minutes of subdued pressure from Barcelona, it appears that Massimo Allegri is ready to try again for an equalizer. The Milan coach has pulled Mark Van Bommel, a primarily defensive midfielder, in favor of Alberto Aquilani, an unquestionably creative one. Are Milan really going to fight for a second away goal?

That makes all three substitutions used for Milan, so they'll be crossing their fingers that no one picks up an injury in the last ten minutes. They'll also being doing their best to make sure Allegri's more aggressive substitution doesn't result in yet another Barcelona goal.
