What a goal! Ryan Giggs equalises for Manchester United, totally against the run of play as the Red Devils have been poor this half and have only gotten worse as things have gone on. That doesn't stop Ryan Giggs though, who picks up the ball from Valencia after a fine run, takes the ball into the centre, and thunders home an unstoppable equaliser from the edge of the area. Artur has been almost completely untested so far but that was right into the top corner - he was never saving that.

So, just the 20 consecutive seasons in which Ryan Giggs has scored, now. And it appears to have given United the boost they need, as the hosts are reeling now and United are enjoying some unlikely dominance at the end of the half. United have been sloppy and pedestrian - it really would be robbery if they bagged another before half-time here...
