Inter Milan Transfer Rumors: Nerazzurri Now In Race For Carlos Tevez

After Alexandre Pato turned down a €35m move to PSG, AC Milan pulled out of their deal with Manchester City for wantaway striker Carlos Tevez. While the notorious Kia Joorabchian insists that talks are still ongoing with the rossoneri, crosstown rivals Inter Milan have stepped back into the ring.

President Massimo Moratti admits that there's been contact with City, and now that a move to Milan is not guaranteed, hopes to start discussions after Sunday's Derby Della Madonnina. But will Inter be able to convince Tevez? Milan are convinced the Argentine wants a move to their side of town, but after four months of not playing at City, it seems likely he'll go wherever he'll find a place in the squad.

One thing is nearly certain: come the end of January, Carlitos will be away from Manchester. But whether it will be to Milan, Inter, or even PSG remains to be seen.
