Alex Ferguson has provided his team with a bit of a shake-up, starting Anders Lindegaard in goal in place of David De Gea. De Gea played poorly in Manchester United's loss to Blackburn Rovers, while Lindegaard has been virtually flawless in all of his starts this season. United's back line is a makeshift one once again, while Wayne Rooney appears to be starting in the center of midfield. He is one of four natural strikers in United's team. Newcastle's lineup is light on surprises.
Newcastle United Lineup (4-4-2): Krul; Simpson, Williamson, Coloccini, Santon; R.Taylor, Cabaye, Tiote, Gutierrez; Ba, Shola Ameobi
Manchester United Lineup (4-4-2): Lindegaard, Evra, Carrick, Jones, Valencia; Welbeck, Giggs, Rooney, Nani; Hernandez, Berbatov
Kickoff is at 3:00 p.m. ET and you can catch the game on FOX Soccer Channel. This is likely the last league match for Demba Ba and Cheick Tiote before they leave the Newcastle squad for African Cup of Nations training.
