The Dragons will expect to maintain their perfect record against Dynamo Kiev on Wednesday.
FC Porto are in control of their own destiny and appear to be in good position to top Group A after their win over Paris Saint-Germain in the last round of fixtures. Coming off that surprise victory, they'll expect another three points at home against Dynamo Kiev.
Dynamo are coming off a win against Dinamo Zagreb in the last round, but have lost their last two Ukrainian Premier League matches since then. It's a bit tough for them to make the case that they're one of the top two teams in this group when they currently look like the fourth best side in their own country.
Both sides are relatively injury free, though both also have some new injuries to deal with.
FC Porto injuries and suspensions
Out: Alex Sandro (thigh)
Dynamo Kiev injuries and suspensions
Out: Raffael (adductor), Andriy Bogdanov (ankle), Leandro Almeida (ankle).
Porto's only injury concern is left back Alex Sandro, who will be replaced by Miguel Lopes. Raffael started Dynamo Kiev's last league match, while Niko Kranjcar sat out. Oleg Blokhim was probably resting Kranjcar and planned on making a change, but in case he wasn't, that decision has been made for him.
Match Date/Time: 7:45 p.m. local, 2:45 p.m. ET
Venue: Estadio do Dragao, Porto, Portugal
TV: DirecTV Soccer (U.S.), Sky Sports Events Centre (U.K.), SportTV1 (Portugal), 1 + 1 (Ukraine)
Online: FOX Soccer 2 Go (U.S.), Sportsnet World Online (Canada)
