New Dynamo Kiev boss Oleg Blokhin will be looking to get off to a good start in his new job when his side take on Dinamo Zagreb at the Olimpiyskiy Stadium tonight.
The Ukraine national team manager replaced Yuri Semin after a poor run of results from Dynamo, including a 4-1 thumping at the hands of Paris Saint-Germain. Dynamo will be favourites to prevail, but both teams have a poor European record (both have just one win in their last ten matches each) and anything could happen.
Dinamo Zagreb will be underdogs, but they will also be confident that they have a change of staging an upset, with the mood around the Dynamo camp uncertain, and the Croats even prevailing over them 1-0 in a pre-season friendly, although Zagreb boss Ante Cacic noted: "I don't think that result has any bearing on the game."
