England have decided to call up some new faces and try out some different players, but Sweden are sticking with the usual suspects.
It may only be a friendly, but England will still have to be wary about taking on Sweden after their remarkable 4-4 comeback against Germany in their last fixture.
Roy Hodgson has opted to add some unfamiliar names to his England squad, including the much-publicised call-up for Crystal Palace's Wilfried Zaha, but there is also space for Raheem Sterling, Leon Osman, and Steven Caulker, all of whom will make their debuts.
Sweden will probably stick with the same players who earned the famous draw against Germany, with manager Erik Hamren speaking of "getting as much game time together as possible", though Fulham forward Alexander Kacaniclic could get a place in the side after his impressive form in the Premier League.
The England line-up has already been confirmed as: Joe Hart; Glen Johnson, Steven Caulker, Gary Cahill, Leighton Baines; Leon Osman, Steven Gerrard, Tom Cleverley; Raheem Sterling ,Danny Welbeck, Ashley Young. With three debutants and a highly unfamiliar midfield trio, it will be an interesting experiment for England against a side that will likely be far more settled and familiar.
