We're not 100 percent sure what this Barcelona team is going to look like, but no matter what, Pep Guardiola seems intent on taking the game to Valencia. He doesn't appear to be terribly concerned by whatever attacking threat they will pose. Either this is a 3-4-3 or, more likely, it's a 4-3-3 with Xavi as the most defensively proficient central midfielder. Valencia don't have Pablo Hernandez and have sat Pablo Piatti in favor of Sofiane Feghouli. Here are the lineups.
FC Barcelona Lineup (4-3-3): Pinto; Puyol, Piqué, Mascherano, Abidal; Xavi, Thiago, Fabregas; Cuenca, Messi, Sanchez
Valencia Lineup (4-2-3-1): Alves; Miguel, Rami, Víctor Ruiz, Mathieu; Albelda, Banega; Feghouli, Jonas, Jordi Alba; Aduriz
Kickoff is at 3:00 p.m. ET, 8:00 p.m. local time. You can catch the game on GolTV in the USA and on Sky Sports 2 in the UK.
