Bill Hamid probably deserved a clean sheet on Saturday. The D.C. United goalkeeper was nearly impenetrable against Sporting Kansas City. But it was all for naught after C.J. Sapong shook his mark and scored a free header in stoppage time. At least Hamid will have his save against Kei Kamara to think about.
With Kamara outleaping the defender to get a solid header, Hamid was caught in a leap. But he was able to stop the ball with his feet to keep it scoreless.
