Fulham got off plenty of shots against Swansea City, but their defense was in absolute shambles. The Swans only needed five shots on target to produce three goals in a fantastic performance at Craven Cottage. Brendan Rodgers' team is now in the top half, thanks to a 3-0 victory.
Gylfi Sigurdsson scored a brace in a fantastic performance. He sent his team into the halftime break up 1-0 with a headed goal in the 36th minute, nodded in from point-blank range. His second goal, scored in the 66th minute, had a slightly higher degree of difficulty. He got onto a cross from Wayne Routledge and placed a great shot into the back of the net from inside the box, building a lead that it seemed Fulham had little chance to come back from.
Joe Allen sealed the big road win for Swansea in the 77th minute, scoring on a fantastic effort from 20-yards out. Fulham's back line was all over the place in this one, and Martin Jol was likely very upset with their performance.
