AC Milan Vs. Barcelona, 2012 UEFA Champions League: Emanuelson Subbed On, Blows Chance With First Touch

It's gone eerily quiet on the Milanese front - quiet enough for me to check whether the Milanese front is actually a thing or not (Google says no, for whatever that's worth). The most interesting thing that's happened at the San Siro in the past few minutes has been Barcelona winning the first corner of the match via a nice piece of skill by Lionel Messi, but the delivery is totally wasted by Carles Puyol misjudging the flight of the ball while in acres of space. That's really shocking.

AC Milan have made a change, with Urby Emanuelson coming on for Kevin-Prince Boateng, and his first touch is pretty impressively bad. Zlatan Ibrahimovic flicks the ball around the Barcelona defence, Emanuelson is onto it in a flash, and for some reasons pushes the ball so far wide of goal the entire back line can catch up to him. That was a bit of a whoopsie.
