We're back off and running at the Etihad Stadium, where Manchester City hold a 1-0 lead over archrivals United thanks to a very late first-half goal by Vincent Kompany. If that scoreline holds, City would go to the top of the table on goal differential, which means that Sir Alex Ferguson's halftime team talk will have been amusing, but a one goal deficit isn't the end of the world - if they can come out of this one with a point it'll have been more or less job done.
United start the second half in fairly positive fashion, quickly winning a corner kick. Joe Hart comes out for the ball... and completely misses it, nearly allowing Wayne Rooney to get a free header onto an empty net. Fortunately for City, the ball flies straight out of play - they really got away with one there.
