Poland manager Franciszek Smuda understandably spent a lot of time talking to the media on Thursday. Someone asked him about whether or not players were allowed to drink alcohol or have sex with their partners during Euro 2012. He said it was okay for them to have sex with their partners, but that alcohol enraged him. Then he started spouting transfer rumors. Seriously.
Here's what he said, according to The Guardian:
The striker Robert Lewandowski is "going to Manchester United" and the midfielder Jakub Blaszczykowski "somewhere in England", according to the Poland manager Franciszek Smuda.
"In my opinion, in a moment they will be gone from Borussia Dortmund," Smuda said. "Lewy is going to Manchester United, Jakub also somewhere in England, Lukasz Piszczek to Real Madrid. They have a goal and they want to grow."
So, there you have it. Borussia Dortmund will be losing three of their first choice players, after already selling Shinji Kagawa and Lucas Barrios. If this is actually true, Jurgen Klopp's agent might start ringing up every Premier League club with a decent wage bill about a potential job.
