Brazil Vs. South Korea, 2012 Olympics: Now Brazil Have A Bunch Of Chances

This game is pants on head crazy. I don't know how we don't have a goal yet, but we really should -- this time it's Brazil's turn to amp up the pressure. We hadn't seen a lot of Leandro Damiao so far in this match on account of the Selecao getting overrun, but he made an appearance about twenty minutes in, dashing onto a through ball only to have his shot blocked by Lee Bum-Young.

Another Leandro Damiao run saw the Internacional striker clatter into the goalkeeper just outside his penalty area, leaving Lee down and forcing Ki Sung-Yeung to clear Alex Sandro's resultant lob off the line.

Ouch. Lee struggled on, but was immediately tested by Sandro following a mazy run from Oscar, and ended up spilling the rebound to Leandro Damiao. Faced with an open goal from a tight angle, the centre forward did very well to send in a low cross through the six-yard box, but nobody made the run to convert the easy chance.

So yeah. Busy game. Still 0-0.
