Manchester United, Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur, Liverpool and Newcastle are among the teams in action tonight as the League Cup third round continues.

The English League Cup continues tonight as the rest of the teams left in the competition fight for their chance to win the trophy.

Manchester United vs. Newcastle is probably the biggest tie of the round and as such is the only televised encounter, but there are also two other all-Premier League ties, with West Brom hosting Liverpool and Reading travelling to Loftus Road to face Queens Park Rangers.

North London rivals Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are also in action, at home to Coventry and away to Carlisle respectively.

Last night's action saw a few upsets, with Aston Villa stunning Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium, and Everton crashing out at Leeds United.
