Liverpool have completed the signing of Philippe Coutinho from Inter Milan, the club have announced.
The deal is believed to have cost the club around £8.5m, with the contract only being conirmed as "a long-term deal." There were suggestions that Southampton were looking to hijack the bid, but Liverpool have now definitely got their man. The midfielder is the second signing of the window for the Reds, who completed a deal for Daniel Sturridge from Chelsea earlier in the month.
