Real Madrid have signed young midfielder Casemiro from Sao Paulo on a loan-to-buy deal.

Real Madrid have completed a last-minute signing of the window by securing Sao Paulo youngster Casemiro on loan.

The midfielder will play in Real Madrid's B team, Castilla, until the end of the season, with Real Madrid having the option to purchase the player. Casemiro has made 61 appearances for Sao Paulo, scoring 6 goals, and has also been capped 3 times for the Brazilian national team despite his tender age.

The 20-year-old is widely tipped as a huge talent in Brazil, a creative midfielder with an all-round game who can play in the centre or as a holding player. It's one for the future for Madrid, but if he fulfils his potential, it could be a huge signing in the long-term.
