Round 19 doesn't present many thrilling match-ups, but make sure you stick around for the late Sunday game, in which Roma visit Napoli to challenge for a European position.
It's been a difficult couple of weeks for Serie A fans, as we've had to do without our favorite league due to the winter break. But the players are now relaxed and refreshed -- Roma players probably even sporting tans after their time in Orlando -- and we're ready to kick off the second half of the season.
Interested in how the teams fared prior to the break? Curious about how things might shake out come the end of the season? SBN Italia has you covered with this detailed report.
As for this week, we have to wait for the most exciting match of Round 19: Roma visit Napoli for the late Sunday match. A win for the visitors lifts them over Napoli and into the European positions, although the strength of Inter, Fiorentina and Lazio means it will be difficult for Roma to work their way into the top three.
About the only other interesting match is the early Sunday game, with Udinese hosting Inter. It'd be a more exciting match-up if Udinese weren't in tenth, but the fact that the nerazzurri went into the winter break on a 1-1 draw with Genoa shows they've got weaknesses the home side may be able to exploit.
