UEFA Champions League 2013: Dortmund bounces back, Arsenal impresses, Atlético Madrid stays hot

Arsenal and Chelsea looked strong, while Barcelona struggled but managed to pull out a win over Celtic. Let's look back at all the results from Tuesday's action across Europe.

Welcome back everyone to another exciting edition of the UEFA Champions League group stage match day wrap. It's not a sandwich in a tortilla, it's a quick recap of all the action from Europe's biggest club football tournament. Tuesday's matches began the second round of group stage games and move us one-third of the way through this section of the tournament.

Let us recap all the results from across Europe in Groups E, F, G and H of the Champions League.

Group E

FC Basel 0-1 Schalke 04

Julian Draxler's goal nine minutes into the second half was enough as Schalke 04 stayed on top of Group E with their second victory of the group stages. The result drops Basel to third behind Chelsea on goal differential.

Steaua Bucuresti 0-4 Chelsea

The Blues hammered Romanian side Steaua Bucuresti behind a brace from Ramires.

Arsenal 2-0 Napoli

The Gunners scored twice early then cruised over Napoli at the Emirates Stadium.

Boussia Dortmund 3-0 Marseille

Dortmund bounced back from their poor opening match performance against Napoli to claim their first points in the group stage.

Group G

Zenit St. Petersburg 0-0 Austria Vienna

Zenit's horrible Champions League experience continued with a disappointing home draw against Austria Vienna that included Axel Witsel being show a rather undeserved red card.

FC Porto 1-2 Atletico Madrid

Porto took an early lead in the 16th minute thanks to Jackson Martinez but Atlético Madrid roared back for the victory in the second half with goals from Diego Godín in the 58th minute and Arda Turan's match winner in the 86th minute. Atléti now sit alone at the top of Group G after two match rounds.

Group H

Ajax 1-1 AC Milan

A late penalty from Mario Balotelli allowed Milan to salvage a point against Ajax.

Cesc Fábregas' goal in the 75th minute gave Barca the victory at Celtic Park.
