Head coach Manuel Pellegrini will be thin in the central defense with Vincent Kompany and Martin Demichelis unavailable due to injury. He's expected to start the pair of Joleon Lescott or Javi Garcia alongside Matija Nastasić.

CSKA haven't even played at the Arena Khimki since August, with their last Champions League home match having been played in St. Petersburg. Despite that fact, along with the protestations of City and Pellegrini, the match is set to go forward as scheduled on Wednesday.
