Norwich City vs. Manchester United: Preview and TV schedule

Laurence Griffiths

Manchester United will look to pick up their fourth consecutive league win away at struggling Norwich on Saturday.

Manchester United were given a scare by Hull City on Boxing Day, but the Red Devils roared back from 2-0 down to win 3-2. They travel to Norwich on Saturday looking to record their fourth consecutive league victory -- having not won four on the trot in the Premier League since March.

In contrast, Norwich City are winless in three, going down 2-1 to Fulham on Thursday. Chris Hughton's side are only three points above the relegation zone, and could quickly find themselves sucked into serious trouble if they don't improve on their shaky form. They'll be looking to repeat the heroics of last November, when Anthony Pilkington put a dent in United's title hopes by netting the only goal in a 1-0 win at Carrow Road.

Unfortunately Pilkington won't be on hand to score a winning goal this weekend, as he's sidelined alongside Elliott Bennett, Jonny Howson and Alexander Tettey. United will be without Marouane Fellaini, Robin van Persie, Nani and Phil Jones though injury, while Rafael da Silva could also be sidelined after being pulled off against Hull with injury. Chris Smalling will likely fill in at right-back with Antonio Valencia suspended.

Norwich City injuries and suspensions

Out: Elliott Bennett (knee), Jonny Howson (back), Alexander Pilkington (hamstring), Alexander Tettey (ankle). In doubt: None.

Manchester United injuries and suspensions
