Update - Match report: Barcelona 4-0 AC Milan, final score
It's a dream start for Barcelona as Lionel Messi has the home side on the scoreboard within the first five minutes. AC Milan are really under pressure now.
After spending a few minutes passing the ball around and probing the Milan defense, Barcelona's lethal passing setup the opening goal they so desperately needed. Xavi found Messi in between four defenders at the top of the Milan penalty area and the Argentine striker laser beamed a shot over Christian Abbiati who never even moved.
It will be interesting to see if Milan adjust their style of play after the early goal. They started the game sitting much deeper that the first leg and were jumping into the passing lanes more, going for interceptions. Perhaps that was a result of the 2-goal advantage, but if it keeps up, they're likely to be sliced apart by Barcelona.
It's very early but Barca are looking like themselves again.
