Celtic face the nearly impossible task of having to score at least three goals at Juventus in order to have any chance of advancing. Not to be a jerk but there chances are slim to none of it happening but it could happen.
If Neil Lennon's side is going to pull off one of the most epic comebacks in Champions League history there going to need to score first and score often. After the 3-0 beating they took at Celtic Park, there's no room for error, at all, not even the slimmest margin. Georgios Samaras will return for Celtic after missing the first leg, so that's something at least.
Antonio Conte knows this and will have his team properly prepared but he'll also take advantage of the large margin from the first leg to not risk a couple players. Defender Giorgio Chiellini is not expected to play after making his return from injury against Napoli last Friday. If Juve play their game, they won't need him.

Celtic injuries and suspensions
Out: Scott Brown (thigh), Mikael Lustig (bone bruise). In doubt: Charlie Mulgrew (muscle).
For Juvenuts Caceres and Anelka are both doubtful with back injuries and neither is expected to be risked. Neither Brown or Lustig made the trip for Celtic and Mulgrew is likely a day of decision.
