Chelsea vs. Tottenham Hotspur, Premier League 2013: Lineups

Emmanuel Adebayor starts up front for Tottenham Hotspur as they take on Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

The inclusion of the Togolese forward may come as a surprise, with Jermain Defoe relegated to the bench, although Spurs fans will be pleased to see Aaron Lennon make the team after suggestions he may miss out. Moussa Dembele, however, is unavailable.

Chelsea, meanwhile, opt for Fernando Torres up front, but put David Luiz in central midfield next to Ramires in the absence of the injured John Obi Mikel. Branislav Ivanovic also starts at centre-back, partnering Gary Cahill, with Cesar Azpilicueta taking his place at right-back.

Chelsea starting lineup (4-2-3-1): Petr Cech; Cesar Azpilicueta, Branislav Ivanovic, Gary Cahill, Ashley Cole; Ramires, David Luiz; Oscar, Juan Mata, Eden Hazard; Fernando Torres.

Tottenham Hotspur starting lineup (4-2-3-1): Hugo Lloris; Kyle Walker, Michael Dawson, Jan Vertonghen, Benoit Assou-Ekotto; Aaron Lennon, Tom Huddlestone, Scott Parker, Lewis Holtby, Gareth Bale; Emmanuel Adebayor.
