Wigan Athletic return to Wembley, the site of their incredible triumph over Manchester City in last season's FA Cup final. Not that it did them much good in the end -- they're now a Championship side after suffering relegation, and they're heavy underdogs against a Sir Alex Ferguson-less but still very good Manchester United side.
United, without a sulking Wayne Rooney, will be hoping to reverse some of the preseason malaise they've been suffering under David Moyes, and Wigan look like easy pickings. Then again, that's probably what Roberto Mancini et al. thought last May, isn't it?
