Arsenal vs. Fulham: Preview and TV schedule

Laurence Griffiths

League leaders Arsenal should compound Fulham's woes at the Emirates on Saturday.

Premier League leaders Arsenal shouldn't have a problem seeing off Fulham at the Emirates on Saturday, after returning to form with four consecutive Premier League victories. The Gunners have only been beaten once at home in the league so far this season, and should be able to maintain their advantage over Manchester City at the top of the table.

Fulham may have improved slightly since René Meulensteen took over from Martin Jol, though there's no doubting they've still got serious problems. The Cottagers were beaten 4-1 by fellow strugglers Sunderland last time out, and have only picked up nine points from ten games on the road so far this season. It wouldn't be at all surprising if they slipped into the bottom three this weekend.

However, it's certainly Arsenal who head into this game with the injury problems. The Gunners are still without Aaron Ramsey, Theo Walcott and Mikel Arteta among others, while Tomáš Rosický and Nacho Monreal are both in doubt. As for Fulham, they should have a full-strength team available.

Arsenal injuries and suspensions

Out: Abou Diaby (knee), Theo Walcott (knee), Mikel Arteta (calf), Nicklas Bendtner (ankle), Aaron Ramsey (thigh), Thomas Vermaelen (knee). In doubt: Tomáš Rosický (nose), Nacho Monreal (foot), Yaya Sanogo (back).

Fulham injuries and suspensions

Out: None. In doubt: None.
