With Chelsea busy with a title race and Champions League business, it's tough to tell how seriously he'll take this competition this season. All signs points to him putting out a strong lineup but he very well could decide to rotate in a few fringe players. David Luiz is likely to feature after missing the Blues last league match serving a card accumulation suspension.
There is history between these two clubs in the FA Cup, though it's been awhile since they played one another. The last meeting in this competition came in 1988 when the Blues won a third round match-up 3-1. Derby has won the cup once while Chelsea has seven wins, the last coming in 2012.
