The news comes as a dent to their hopes of qualifying for the Champions League, with the Belgian winger having been one of their top performers throughout the season so far.
Best case scenario, the problem won't lead to the 26-year-old missing out on a trip to the World Cup in the summer, with the Belgian having established himself as a regular in the national side since making his debut back in 2007.
