Dortmund returns home on Tuesday needing to overcome what might be an insurmountable 3-0 Real Madrid lead after the first leg.
Juürgen Klopp will have his best offensive weapon back in the form of striker Robert Lewandowski, who missed the first leg serving a card related suspension. Madrid's defense is solid, but has been exposed at times this season, so the opportunity will be there for Lewa to have an affect. The problem for Dortmund though is that their defense hasn't been all that great and must be near perfect.
Real Madrid are sweating the health of Cristiano Ronaldo after the Portuguese striker left training on Monday just 20 minutes in. Ronaldo suffered a knee injury in the first leg last week at the Bernabéu, and not playing him against Real Sociedad was largely viewed as precautionary. It's starting to appear that there could be something more significantly wrong with him.
Gareth Bale might miss Tuesday's match as well after he suffered a wound on his knee during a collision with Real Sociedad defender Markel Bergara on Saturday.
