Arsenal midfielder Abou Diaby will be out for nine months after he tore his anterior cruciate ligament in training.

Abou Diaby can't catch a break. The midfielder, who's been battling injuries for two full years, had had a strong start to the season but picked up a muscular problem against Chelsea and will be out for several matches.

France are a bit boring, but effective. They'll probably pull off another fairly dull 1-0 win on Tuesday against Belarus.

Laurent Koscielny is likely to be fit for Arsenal's clash with QPR this weekend. Abou Diaby, not so much.
