A report out of the Bolton News suggests that the manager has found his Marcos Alonso replacement in 27-year-old Norwich City defender Marc Tierney.

While other players and managers spent their summers on beaches all over the globe, Dougie Freedman would take in the game of football in the best way that he could imagine. The manager has a history of spending his summers with Serie A.

Per the club, both the first team and U21 side will travel to the south of Spain for a week-long training camp on 7 July. After they return home, the first team has three away matches scheduled so far.
