Hannover 96 suffered a shocking 4-0 loss at the hands of FC Cologne on Friday, giving Bayern Munich a great chance to regain some of the ground they lost in recent weeks at home against Hamburg SV.
After being down 0-2, a U.S. comeback was sparked by a brilliant goal from Landon Donovan, and then another by Michael Bradley. But the Americans settled for a tie after the go-ahead goal was disallowed because of a phantom foul call.
