Paraguay nicked a lucky goal early on in Quito, but Ecuador stormed back and won convincingly to solidify their standing in a World Cup qualification place.

Uruguay will be expecting a win in the return of Luis Suarez on Tuesday against Ecuador.

Ecuador and Peru are wild card teams, very much on the bubble for World Cup qualification. Three points could be massive for either team on Tuesday.
