U.S. Open 2011 Schedule For Wednesday: Andy Roddick, John Isner Among Americans In Action

Andy Roddick, Maria Sharapova and Robin Soderling are all in action at the US Open on Wednesday.

In the only U.S. Grand Slam of the season, 12 American singles players take the court Wednesday, with Andy Roddick and John Isner both scheduled to play their opening round matches in the evening. Andy Murray and Maria Sharapova play their first and second round matches, respectively, at Arthur Ashe Stadium. The all American match takes place in the evening at Arthur Ashe Stadium with Andy Roddick and Michael Russel. Here's a schedule of some of the biggest matches of the day.

Men's matches:

Somdev Devvarman  vs. No. 4 Andy Murray - not before 2 p.m ET., Arthur Ashe Stadium

No. 6 Robin Soderling  vs. Louk Sorensen - 11 a.m. ET, Grandstand

No. 21 Andy Roddick  vs. Michael Russell - 7 p.m. ET, Arthur Ashe Stadium

Marcos Baghdatis  vs. No. 28 John Isner - not before 5 p.m. ET, Louis Armstrong Stadium

Women's matches:

Kateryna Bondarenko  vs. No. 2 Vera Zvonareva - 11 a.m ET., Arthur Ashe Stadium

Angelique Kerber  vs. No. 12 Agnieszka Radwanska - 11 a.m. ET, Grandstand

No. 14 Dominika Cibulkova  vs. Irina Falconi - 11 a.m., ET, Court 11

Anastasiya Yakimova vs. No. 3 Maria Sharapova - 7 p.m., Arthur Ashe Stadium
