U.S. Open 2012 Schedule And TV Coverage: Serena Williams, Roger Federer Headline Day 6 Action

Top-seeded Roger Federer and No. 4-ranked Serena Williams will highlight the Day 6 action of the 2012 U.S. Open on Saturday at Arthur Ashe Stadium.

Federer will face No. 25-ranked Fernando Verdasco of Spain at 11 a.m. at the tournament's center stage. Williams will face unseeded Russian Ekaterina Makarova in the afternoon after 1 p.m.

Other third-round matches of note are American Sloane Stephens facing No. 12-ranked and former world No. 1 Ana Ivanovic at 7 p.m. American No. 23-ranked Mardy Fish will take on No. 16-ranked Gilles Simon of France on the men's side.

CBS Sports Network along with CBS Sports will be broadcasting all of the action from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. The evening matches can be seen on the Tennis Channel from 7-11 p.m.
