The 2012 U.S. Open will come to an end Monday, as the men's final between Novak Djokovic and Andy Murray is set for 4 p.m. ET at Flushing Meadows.

Monday's match constitutes Murray's fifth appearance in a Grand Slam final. Murray appeared in the Australian Open final in 2010 and 2011, the Wimbledon final in 2011, and the U.S. Open final in 2008. Murray, though, lost in each of his previous four appearances in Grand Slam finals events, and will look to finally claim his first Grand Slam title on Monday.

Djokovic, meanwhile, is seeking his sixth Grand Slam title. In addition to three Australian Open titles, including the two most recent, Djokovic has also won Wimbledon (2011), and is the defending U.S. Open champion. Monday's match is Djokovic's fourth appearance in the U.S. Open finals.

Murray and Djokovic met in the 2011 Australian Open final, with Djokovic handling Murray with ease, 6-4, 6-2, 6-3. We'll see on Monday afternoon if Murray can avenge his previous Grand Slam loss to Djokovic, or if "the Djoker" will have the last laugh.

Televised coverage of the final will begin at 4 p.m. ET on CBS.
