The final round of the 2013 Davis Cup will begin Friday. Team Serbia, led by world No. 2 Novak Djokovic, will take on the Czech Republic and world No. 7 Tomas Berdych. The Serbs have the advantage of playing at Belgrade Arena. Nonetheless, the Czechs will be difficult to defeat as defending champions.
The final will take place over three days, with two singles matches Friday, one doubles match Saturday, and another two singles matches Sunday. Naturally, Djokovic-Berdych will be played on the final day barring an upset. Djokovic will play world No. 44 Radek Stepanek at 4 p.m. in Belgrade (10 a.m. ET) to kick off the final weekend. That match will be followed by Berdych taking on unranked Dusan Lajovic, beginning at 7 p.m. in Belgrade (1 p.m. ET).
The matches will be shown on the Tennis Channel. Unfortunately for fans whose cable packages don't include the Tennis Channel, matches will not be shown on network television.
