The 2013 U.S. Open continues on Tuesday with first-round action. Tuesday's schedule got a few late additions as three matches from Monday were postponed due to rain, including No. 7 Roger Federer's first-round match.
Federer is schedule to play in the third match in Arthur Ashe Stadium. Play will begin at 11 a.m. ET and Federer's match against Grega Zemija will be the final match in morning group. He won't be the only notable name in action on the men's side with No. 1 Novak Djokovic taking on Ricardas Berankis. No. 5 Tomas Berdych will face Paolo Lorenzi on Tuesday. No. 10 Milos Raonic, No. 12 Tommy Haas and No. 13 John Isner will also be on the court.
Djokovic will be one of the featured matches of the night session. His match is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. at Arthur Ashe Stadium.
No. 2 Victoria Azarenka headlines the women's action as she faces Dinah Pfizenmaier. Four other top-10 seeds will play their first-round matches, including No. 4 Sara Errani, No. 6 Caroline Wozniacki, No. 7 Petra Kvitova and No. 10 Roberta Vinci.
Tuesday's television coverage will begin on Tennis Channel at 11 a.m. and continue until 7 p.m. ESPN2 will begin its broadcast at 1 p.m. with coverage finally wrapping up at 11 p.m. In addition to the television coverage, there will be extensive online streaming available from WatchESPN and U.S. Open Live. Radio coverage will be available from U.S. Open.org Radio, beginning at 11 a.m.
