Ajax's slim chances of getting out of the UEFA Champions League's 'group of death' won't necessarily die with a draw or loss on Wednesday, but they probably need to beat Borussia Dortmund to feel like they have a legitimate shot at going through. They're playing a more conservative midfield than usual, but their attack is still very potent. Borussia Dortmund haven't been terrific going forward without Jakub Blasczykowski, but they still have a very strong and balanced side.
Ajax starting lineup (4-3-3): Kenneth Vermeer; Daley Blind, Toby Alderwiereld, Niklas Moisander, Ricardo van Rhijn; Christian Poulsen, Enoch Enoh, Christian Eriksen; Siem de John, Dirk Boerrigter, Jody Lukoki
Borussia Dortmund starting lineup (4-2-3-1): Roman Weidenfeller; Marcel Schmelzer, Neven Subotic, Mats Hummels, Lucasz Piszczek; Sven Bender, Iklay Gundogan; Kevin Grosskreutz, Marco Reus, Mario Gotze; Robert Lewandowski
Kickoff is at 2:45 p.m. ET from Amsterdam, and you can catch the game on FOX Soccer 2 Go in the United States.
