Remaining games:
OAK @ DEN – Either way
DEN @ SF - DEN
KC @ DEN – Either way
DEN @ SD – Either way

Raider’s record 2-4
Remaining games:
OAK @ DEN – Either way
SEA @ OAK – Either way
KC @ OAK – Either way
OAK @ PIT - PIT
MIA @ OAK - MIA
OAK @ SD – SD
OAK @ JAC – Either way
DEN @ OAK – Either way
IND @ OAK - IND
OAK @ KC – KC
Best case (for them) 7-9
Worst (likely) case (for them) 4-12 or 5-11
The Chiefs just need to win 2 of the 5 “Either way” games in order to go 10-6. The Chargers need to win all their “Either way” games +1 game that I marked down as a loss to get to 10-6. The Broncos need to win all their “Either way” games to get to 10-6. The Raiders need to win all their “Either way” games +3 games I marked down as a loss to get to 10-6. And of course they can win some of the ones I marked down as a loss, and lose some I put as a win, but all-in-all I think this is pretty realistic, and looks good for the Kansas City Chiefs.
(I don’t know if this was completely pointless or not, but I was bored, and felt like doing some research.)

KC @ CLE: Predictions from NE
(I made a few changes)
Congrats guys! I watched the whole game, stayed up till 1:30 AM, and messed up my sleeping schedule, but it was well worth it. I even found myself jumping off my seat a few times.
I saw your schedule; you could go undefeated into your bye week. and still be atop your division.
Here's my prediction for you guys this Sunday
31-17 CHIEFS
Cassel: 22/39, 260 yards, 2 TD 1 INT.
I think Todd and co. will make it a point to prove you guys have a passing game.
Charles: 12 carries, 135 yards, 1 TD (60 yard TD) 5 catches, 40 yards, 0 TD
Jones: 8 carries, 37 yards, 0 TD
They should give Charles more touches, it would be a mistake not to.
McCluster: 10 catches, 103 yards, 1 TD (40 yard screen pass, taken to the house)
He's explosive, they gotta use him.
Bowe: 3 catches, 37 yards, 0 TD
I'm not sure they'll use him as much as they should
Chambers: 4 catches, 60 yards, 1 TD (40-50 yards deep, hit in stride)
He's the main deep threat, and I think Cassel will find him deep.
TE's won't play a huge part in this game.
McCluster or Arenas kick or punt return for a TD
I think the passing game should show up big come Sunday.
Good luck
Season prediction: 9-7 (Wouldn't be surprised if you win a couple game you shouldn't and go 10-6, (playoffs)

Quarterback
It has been interesting seeing the Big Ben situation unfold. I know most most of you probably don't want to trade him away, and for good reason. But the way things are looking now, this could be his last day in Pittsburgh. but now I'm wondering who will be your QB? You could draft one? You could trade for Matt Cassel? Or you could stick with Leftwhich or Dixon. I don't know?
What do you think?
Patriots fan here...Let's talk Matt Cassel
Hey guys,
I was surprised to see a post on here earlier about the idea of you guys drafting Jimmy Clausen and trading Cassel to Denver. I'm sure some of you scoff at the idea, but I'm sure some of you, wouldn't mind this happening? I've been following the Chiefs closely after we traded Cassel to you guys, and I really think Cassel will have a break-out season next year. You guys got Charlie Weis! Weis made Tom Brady into what he is now, and I fully believe he will do the same with Cassel. But if you traded Cassel to the Broncos; that would come back and bite the Chiefs in butt, very quickly. I, for one, saw 1st hand what Cassel can do with a team as good as Denver. With a good O-line, Receivers, Backs (All of which Denver has) Cassel is a Pro-Bowl Caliber QB. I've seen that some of you guys are starting to lose patience with Matt. But really, this guy is a fighter. I can't even fathom the idea of Cassel being a flop. He's over-come way too much adversity. These stories always have happy endings. If I know my man Cassel, he will be holding up that Lombardi Trophy within the next 5 years. You have Todd Haley, Scott Pioli, Romeo Crennel, and Charlie Weis. There is no way that that is not a playoff caliber coaching staff.
Keep the faith guys. I have no doubt that the Kansas City Chiefs will be the team of the decade.

Matt Cassel
Hey guys,
Let's talk Matt Cassel.
Of course there's always the unlikely possibility that we want him back, (Young, worked well in our system) and we give away Tom for him. (HIGHLY Unlikely)
And, in KC. Do you feel bad for this guy or what?!? He needs help, and lots of it. Jamaal Charles broke out at the end of the season, but that didn't seem to help Matt much. Why? What does he need around him to be good? Or is he just not good, period. If you look at last year; Todd Haley trashed the play-book two weeks before the season started, the Chiefs led the league in dropped passes, he had no offensive, or QB coach to talk to, and the running game was non-existent until week 9. Yet, Chiefs fans still bash him. With the acquisition of Charlie Weis (A coordinator of his very own!) do you think he'll start to look like he did with us? Or did Scott Pioli not get this one right.
Now if Charlie Weis likes Cassel then everything should be ok for KC, but if Charlie doesn't believe Cassel is the guy, what's next? Cassel is among the top ten most high paid QB's; backup is not an option. Some people believe that if Weis doesn't like Cassel, Weis will go after Clausen in the Draft, and trade away Cassel, possibly to Denver. If that is the case, I think Cassel would thrive under the coaching Josh McDaniels, and possibly win a super-bowl. We all saw how good Cassel did with McDaniels calling the shots. Eh?
Tell me what you all think...
