who is on loan to San Jose Earthquake is tearing it up in the MLS. i watched the Fire vs. Earthquake game last night, and he was pretty dominant. San Jose is in 1st place in the MLS right now (so he is on a good team). I was rooting for the Fire but was very pleased to see he is getting a lot of minutes out on loan. Wonder if/when he will fit in with the the Spurs...

Townsend cuts loan short with Leeds

So Leeds has a new manager, Neil Warnock, and Andros Townsend is heading back to N. London early. Warnock stated "Good riddance to a players that don't want to stay here". Articles are stating Townsend has struggled to settle at the club and wanted to leave. Townsend played 7 games with Leeds and scored 1 goal. Rumors imply that the Birmingham Blues are interested in Townsend. Andros' twitter account is currently mum on the move.

Spurs have recently loaned John Bostock to Sheffield Wednesday, it does not appear to be going very well.

It seems to me this kid has been sitting doing nothing for way too long and that is part of the problem?I don't know.The posts on Owlstalk are pretty harsh. I can understand their frustration in thinking a player from the Spurs system would be the answer to their problems, but alas....

Thudd faces more surgery

So it looks like Thudd is getting another surgery on Friday. What a huge set back for him. I hate to speculate but it sounds like the same injury/surgery my gf had a few years ago that required a cadaver ligament to be utilized to shore up the ankle joint, if so, he is definitely out for a while.
