I couldn't agree more. It's time to cheat like crazy. The death penalty no longer exists and it can't get any worse.

This is a great satirical exploitation of the loop hole the NCAA created with the Cam Newton ruling. In case you live under a rock (or in Starkville) where Internet is scarce, the NCAA basically said that a player is eligible and will not be punished if unbeknown to them a third party (Cam's father) sought pay-for-play agreements.

Red Cup Rebellion Chris Coghlan named NL rookie of the year.

Former Rebels continue to excel after they depart Oxford.  It's always a treat (and excellent support for talking trash) to see one of our own succeed in the Bigs.

Coghlan did an excellent job supplementing the Florida Marlins outfield.  He hit 9 long balls, drove in 47 runs, stole 8 bases, and batted .321.  Congrats Chris, on the honor.

(Now sign a huge contract and mail some money back to pay for the ridiculous stadium.)

Red Cup Rebellion Emo Greg finally (figuratively) slits the writs of his Ole Miss career.

Now he can go be a dramatic disappointment somewhere else.  He can go join the NFL glass men realm, dominated by the likes of Brian Westbrook, Frank Gore, etc.

He certainly can kiss first round money good bye.  Greg will have to settle for TJ Maxx grade dark clothing and WalMart mascara.  Sorry Greggy.  At least we can start breaking in new, full time defensive ends.

Red Cup Rebellion Step off the haters: Paul Finebaum edition

No big surprise here.  Mr. Bear Byrant Band Wagon himself continues to try to stir the pot in an effort to keep his radio show afloat until college football starts again.  But Paul, why ya got to do it at the expense of the Rebs?
