I know we always talk about the accuracy issues, the protection issues, the play-calling issues - but really there is one thing that absolutely drives me nuts about Alex Smith - his total passivity as a QB. I know there has been a lot of talk about Alex becoming a leader - with him receiving the captaincy this off-season, but I have to say, it seems like a total sham.
