Some thoughts on the game:

-The power play dance epidemic has officially spread to the lower bowl.

-Pietrangelo played with lots of poise. All of a sudden with EJ+Petro+Colaiacovo, the Blues have formidable offense, speed and transition from the back end.

-The Blues need (some) afternoon games during the week once in a while. Why should Cardinals fans be the only ones who get to play hookie and pay $10 to park in a garage?

-Let's hope EJ can develop the kind of point presence Steen has.

-The Blues saluting the fans is a real nice touch. I've seen the Rangers do this and always wondered why not us? Only takes 5 seconds to do and means a lot to the crowd. I hope this becomes tradition.
