I have pretty much given up on all pro sports. I just can"t stand the greed anymore. I made it through the last baseball strike, i finally had enough when A-ROD signed his Billion dollar contract a few years ago.
I am happy the Phillies finally won again, my family is still there and always root for everything philly.
I would have liked to have seen the (Devil) Rays win, i got some buddies a couple of blocks from the stadium so i have been going to the games for a couple of years. Tickets were $5 bucks and BIG ASS beers for a few dollars. Since they won the AL i'm sure those prices will disapear and i will be back to just going up there and drinkin' at Ferg's.

I listen to all kinds of music, latley it has been the Carolina Chocalate Drops, Hank III, Old Crow Medicine Show and the newest Metallica cd.
