My Favorite Players are: Justin Morneau, Carlos Gomez, Jose Mijares, and Joe Crede. My All-Time Favorite Players are: Kirby Puckett, Harmon Killebrew, Tony Oliva, and Lou Gehrig.
Morneau represents to me, everything I strive for in life. A hard working individual who takes each day as it comes. Most often he succeeds, but he realizes failure is part of life and part of the learning process, which not too many people understand. Morneau is a great teammate on and off the field and the Twins had better not lose him. Morneau is a hero in every sense of that word.
As for myself: I will be a senior in highschool this 2009-2010 schoolyear. I am looking at pursuing a major in American History, minor in vocal performance, and maybe, as an area of interest, government/politics. I am currently looking at attending one of two colleges with my top choice being the University of Minnesota, followed by the University of Wisconsin-Madison. If I happen to attend the UofM, I will, of course, attend many Twins games at Target Field in my spare time.
