Johnson is demanding a trade and stated he will not show up for any Bengal meetings, practices, or other activities. He is egotistical and a pre madonna, but he produces. He never gets into in any real trouble outside of the lines he just wants to win and he likes to celebrate. He is a huge difference maker. I know there is no way in the world that Nolan will make a move for him or would support an acquisition of one of the most productive receivers over the past five years but it would be nice.

Here is a link to an article about Nolan on espn.com. I have a question in response to this article. What do the 49ers need to do in order for Nolan to keep his job? Is it a certain number of wins, a playoff birth, win the division, or just overall level of play?
