Ken Dorsey Joining the UFL?

So Ken Dorsey has a Twitter page too, on it he says

Can't wait to be part of the UFL for its first season!

His bio says he is a current NFL QB and as far as I know he is still under contract, which leads me to the question how exactly does the whole jumping from the NFL to the UFL thing go? Hopefully someone smarter then me can explain.

49ers agree to terms with UFA Marques Harris --"The 49ers did address their depth concerns at outside linebacker when they agreed to terms Monday with four-year veteran Marques Harris, an unrestricted free agent who started three games last season for the Chargers. He recorded 2.5 sacks last season."

Saw this on Maiocco's blog, I haven't heard anything about this. Is it new or did I just miss it with all the draft stuff going on? I don't know much about Harris so I linked to his NFL.com player profile.

So I would maybe hold off on ordering yours until he is signed or it's made official by the team or something.

Tony Gonzalez Traded to Falcons for 2010 2nd rounder!

Not really Niner related, but I have always had a good deal of respect for Gonzo. Seems like a great pick-up for the Falcons who are looking pretty dangerous going into this year now. Also Falcons only giving up 2010 2nd rounder. Looks to be one of the best trades i've seen in awhile.

Another story about pot and NFL Draft prospects. Apparently the drug reports were released to the teams sometime this week. Of course as always take it with a grain of salt.
