Dana White: "We'll Definitely, Definitely Be In Montreal"

Despite the fact that UFC 97 is supposedly in danger of being canceled in Montreal, UFC Prez Dana White says the event is still a go:.

"We'll definitely, definitely be in Montreal, no doubt about it... This fight sold out faster than the last one."

While Dana's optimism is a relief, I wonder what he knows that we don't. According to Quebec law, the UFC rules are illegal and it would take a year to get the law changed. Why then was UFC 83 along with countless other MMA fights during the past years allowed to be put on in the first place? It's simple: the commission who overseas those types of things claims they didn't notice, a claim that Fightlinker was quick to debunk.

I really have no clue why they are going cuckoo up in Montreal over this now, but after all is said and done I'd be shocked if UFC 87 had to relocate.
